What the Floor is a podcast for the flooring industry hosted by Holiday Van Erem and Michael Goria from T&A Supply Company Inc. We will explore the hot topics of the flooring industry, with a little humor and a new set of eyes. This show is produced by Jose Morales with help from Toni Collier and Jessica Riser. Holiday Van Erem

Holiday was born and raised in South King County, about an hour outside of Seattle, WA. She graduated from Green River College, the first time, with a broadcasting certificate and worked for CBS Radio right out of college. She answered a help wanted ad on Craigslist for T&A Supply Company about 14 years ago, and has never looked back. She’s our marketing guru turned podcast host, who has a passion for all things flooring.

Michael Goria

Michael is a born and raised Pacific North westerner. He graduated from Pacific University with a degree in Business Finance and Accounting but quickly found out he wasn’t very good at math. He has been in the wood and flooring industry for over 24 years and had the fortune of visiting mills and factories all over the world. Michael has been at T&A Supply for over 3 years and loves being involved in all hard surface flooring now. Wood is his expertise but talking flooring is his passion.
